Repair Terms & Warranty Policy

Last updated May 1, 2026

1. Service agreement

By booking a repair through Flash It Repair, you authorize our technicians to inspect, diagnose, and perform the requested repair on your device. You acknowledge that repair work involves risk of data loss and agree to back up your data before drop-off. Flash It Repair is not responsible for data loss resulting from repair work.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed after diagnostic. Payment is due upon completion of repair. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Unpaid repairs held more than 30 days become property of the shop.

3. 12-month warranty

All parts installed and labor performed by Flash It Repair are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of repair. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. It does not cover damage from drops, water, or misuse after the repair. Warranty service must be performed at an authorized Flash It Repair location.

4. Turnaround time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only. Complex repairs or parts availability may extend timelines. You will be notified by email or SMS if your repair is expected to exceed the estimated time.

5. Liability

Flash It Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service. We are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost data, lost profits, or device replacement. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $15 cancellation fee. If Flash It Repair must cancel your appointment, you will be notified promptly and offered a full reschedule.
